What the numbers show
Mortality by week is currently reported for 28 countries. The highest value is 55,514 Deaths in United States; the lowest is 42 Deaths in Iceland.
The median across all reporting countries is 1,849 Deaths, and the mean is 5,492 Deaths.
The gap between the highest and lowest reporting country is a factor of about 1,322.
