The median across all reporting countries is 67.8%, and the mean is 65.2%.
The gap between the highest and lowest reporting country is a factor of about 4.
Over the past decade 29 countries rose and 12 fell. The largest increase was in Burkina Faso (up 306.3%), and the largest decrease in Côte d'Ivoire (down 57.6%).
